J2 Designs

 In 2016 Janaé and Jeanette met at a small group in Gateway Church. Shortly after becoming friends, they soon realized they lived in the same neighborhood and shared a mutual passion for design and real estate. Jeanette began staging for Janaé, and over time her staging business grew into working for several top agents in the DFW. Along with staging, she would help sellers get their homes ready by recommending paint colors and other updates. As she became well known in the Frisco area, past clients and homeowners started asking her to help furnish and design their homes and airbnb's. In the meantime, Janaé helped several of her own clients make updates and even remodel to yield a higher ROI, and would occasionaly help Jeanette stage and decorate as time allowed.

 For several years, they honed their design craft independently, but would often consult each other on projects, each time realizing the synergy they brought to the table. Eventually, it became crystal clear: their talents complemented each other perfectly. And so, 

J2 Designs was born in 2023 from almost a decade of camaraderie and professional respect. Together, they blend their unique skills, experiences, and passions to turn ordinary spaces into beautiful places! 

Whether you've just purchased a pre-owned home that needs to be remodeled or bought a brand new high rise that needs to be furnished and decorated, J2 Designs can help. But don't wait to call them. Due to their busy schedules and the level of service they provide, they don't like to overextend themselves; therefore, they are currently taking a limited number of design clients at a time. 

  Janaé is a licensed Realtor with a New Homes Sales Agent certification. She spends a lot of time in new builds and has honed her design craft over the years. Jeanette is a member of RESA, Real Estate Staging Association, and has earned her True Color Expert Certification through Killam Colour Academy and is HSR certified. She also earned an award for Top 10 Short-Term Rental Staging United States in 2023 for her design work at a cabin in Broken Bow, OK. Jeanette and Janaé have extensive knowledge of the local market, and they stay up to date on the latest industry trends, using that knowledge to help their clients make informed decisions.

J2 Designs is full-service and caters to those who want their home to be their own personal sanctuary, but don't have the time or the eye for design to make it happen. They believe that every client is unique, and they take the time to understand their individual needs and goals. Once that's understood, they go to work to find the perfect materials for finishes and/or the perfect furniture and decor to make that dream happen. Their approach is personalized, and they work closely with their clients to ensure their complete satisfifaction.
