I'm a wife, mother of twin teenage girls and a full-time real estate professional. Not only do I help people accomplish their goals and dreams with buying and selling homes, but I'm a design specialist too. So I help some clients turn their home into a place they love and I help others remodel to yield a higher ROI. Either way, it's super fun!
I married my high school sweetheart, Nathan, twenty years ago. He worked in title for several years and is currently working in the appraisal world. So it's fantastic having a man on my side with title and appraisal knowledge. We're known as Team Hausman and pride ourselves on providing top - notch service to our clients. We are originally from St. Louis, but relocated to TX in 2014. Our girls graduated from Frisco ISD and we are heavily involved in the Frisco campus of Gateway Church. I enjoy singing, shopping, and travelling, but most of my free time is spent hanging out with my girls and dating my husband. I'm a graduate of Lewis and Clark Community College and have over 12 years' experience in Marketing & Finance. Now I do what I'm passionate about... Real Estate!
I know moving can be overwhelming, especially when you are buying and selling at the same time, but that's why I'm here. As a Real Estate Professional I want to make selling your home as simple as possible and buying a new home fun and exciting. I love real estate. I love people. I love interior design. And I'd love to help you!
I'm a wife, mother of three boys, and a Stager / Design Specialist. As a wife to Todd, a Coast Guard Pilot for 32 years, you could say I've moved around a bit, landing in Little Elm five years ago. We have owned ten homes, remodeling seven of them and designing and building three with architectural finds and personalized storage. That's where my love and experience for staging and design comes from. It makes me happy that in this business my attention to detail and problem solving skills are greatly appreciated.
I have a B.S. in Agricultural Journalism and Economics from Kansas State, I've worked as a newspaper reporter for the New Orleans Times-Picayune and owned several businesses. When I'm not on a ladder redecorating another nook in my house, I enjoy finding treasures in unexpected places, supporting our teenage son in his theatre activities, sewing costumes for Gateway Church productions and training Gus, my Aussie.
